Service animals are always welcome in our cars.

If you need an accessible vehicle, a ramp or lift, extra time at pickup, or help with a mobility aid, tell the concierge when you book, in the booking form's special requests or by phone. Where we cannot provide the right vehicle ourselves, we will tell you plainly and help you find one that can.

This website

We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, for guests using screen readers, keyboards, voice control or magnification. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, not a certification. If something here gets in your way, tell us: we will fix it, and help you book in the meantime.

How we test

On 13 September 2026 we tested every public page of this site, in light and dark mode, on a phone-sized and a desktop screen against WCAG 2.2 AA, using:

• automated checks against every WCAG 2.2 A and AA rule the axe-core engine tests
• a keyboard-only walk through the booking form: every field labelled, focus kept inside the form while it is open, and errors read out by screen readers

What those checks do not cover:

• Automated tools find roughly half of real accessibility problems. The rest need people, ideally people who use assistive technology every day, and this site has not yet had that independent audit.
• The staff desk and the chauffeur app are not covered by these checks.
• The films on the home page are silent and decorative, so they carry no captions, and they stop playing when your device asks for reduced motion.

What this site does for you

• Works with screen readers: every form field is labelled, and an error is read out the moment it appears.
• Works with a keyboard alone, with a visible outline showing where you are and a link to skip straight to the content.
• Lets you zoom, and follows your device's settings for reduced motion and for light or dark mode.
• Reads in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and French.
