About Quo: who you are booking with
Quo takes bookings for chauffeured rides across Florida. We started in 2026, so there is not yet a long list of reviews to point to. What there is instead is a company you can look up, a price you see first, and a deposit, not the full fare, to hold the ride.

How a booking works
You see the price first
Tell us the pickup, the destination and the time. The fare is shown before you confirm and is the fare you are charged for that trip.
You hold it
A deposit holds the ride: a quarter of the fare, with a minimum for short trips. Members ride on account with no deposit. The cancellation schedule is in section 3 of the Terms, and the free-cancellation window is stated on your confirmation.
A person stands behind it
A ride is confirmed on the spot only when enough cleared carriers can run it. Every other ride is confirmed by a person on our desk, and you are told which happened.
You get a pass, not a promise
Your booking has a private page with your captain, the vehicle, live status and a link you can share with whoever is meeting you.
If a flight moves, the pickup moves
Give us the flight number and a late arrival is followed at no extra charge.
