What guests say

Every note below comes from a guest’s own rating of a completed ride. Guests receive a $25 ride credit for rating, whatever the score.

The first reviews will appear here as guests rate their rides.

How we publish reviews

We publish every rating and review except those containing confidential business information; defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene or sexually explicit content; another person’s personal information; discriminatory content; clearly false content; reviews we reasonably believe are fake; or content unrelated to our service. These rules apply equally to positive and negative reviews. Staff, captains, owners and their families may not post reviews. We never threaten or pressure reviewers.

Your turn.
