Answers
The questions, answered.
How to get from the airport, how to get around without a rental, where to go, and how far the next city is, for Miami and every corner of Florida we serve.
How It Works
01
Tell us the moment
An address, a flight, or an event on the calendar. Thirty seconds, no account.
02
Confirmed before pickup
Your ride is confirmed before a car is sent: by our concierge desk, automatically when licensed carriers we've cleared can take it, or through automatic booking you've set up with a spending cap. We then send your car and captain details before pickup.
03
Arrive on Miami time
Your driver tracks the schedule, the traffic, and the after-party. You just step out.
