What is the best way to view properties in a day?

A chauffeur, and not mainly for the comfort. A viewing day is six or seven addresses that are nowhere near each other, each with a person waiting at a fixed time, and the thing that breaks it is parking.

With a car held for the day you step out at the door of each one and the chauffeur deals with where the car goes. The gap between viewings becomes a conversation with your agent rather than a hunt for a space, and running twenty minutes late at the third stop does not cascade into missing the sixth.

It also means you can look properly. Nobody assesses a house well having just circled a block four times, and nobody should be driving unfamiliar roads while trying to remember which of three kitchens had the better light.
