Your credit

It never expires

Credit carries forward month to month. There is no expiry date, no dormancy fee, and no month in which unused credit disappears.

It comes off the fare

Applied automatically to your next ride before anything is charged. If that ride is cancelled, the credit returns to your account in full.

If you leave, you keep it

If you cancel, unused credit stays on your account. We do not take back credit you have already paid for.

Anyone can promise discretion. Here's the standard we hold ourselves to. Specific terms for your trip are set in your booking confirmation.

Licence and insurance documents kept on file and checked before assignment

Every captain and operator we assign has a current licence and insurance on file. A lapsed document blocks the assignment instead of waiting for someone to notice.

Discretion as a condition

Discretion is a condition of driving with us. Captains are asked to agree to a written confidentiality standard before driving for us.

Works with your security

Our captains coordinate with close protection and keep what they see to themselves.

Your itinerary isn't for sale

We never sell your itinerary. We share it only with those needed to run your ride, such as the operator performing it and our payment and messaging providers, as our Privacy Policy explains.

Backup plans

If a car or captain can't make it, the desk works to arrange a replacement.
