Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show
Fort Lauderdale Boat Show transportation, from the show's own pages
The show spreads across six locations and sells its own transport: a parking hub, free shuttles, golf carts and a paid water taxi. This page records what the show's pages say, with the page each fact came from, and lists what they do not say, so you know what to ask before show week.
Read from flibs.com on October 19, 2026. This describes the show running October 28 to November 1, 2026; after it ends this page waits for the 2027 dates. The show's pages print no year beside the schedule, and the 2026 ticket code, maps and copyright line are what date them.

What the show says about getting there
Calls the Convention Center garages the transportation hub, with over 3,000 spaces at a flat $40 per day, and water taxi, shuttle or golf cart service to the show locations.
www.flibs.com/attend/parking/Lists 28 other garages and lots with addresses and no prices; participating City of Fort Lauderdale garages are paid through PayByPhone.
www.flibs.com/attend/parking/Shuttles and golf carts are described as complimentary and run from one hour before the show opens to one hour after it closes. Shuttle routes: Purple (Convention Center and Bahia Mar), Light Green (Convention Center, Superyacht Village and Bahia Mar), Red (Brightline Fort Lauderdale Station and Riverside Hotel) and Blue (West Marine Center and Convention Center). A Dark Green golf cart loop links Superyacht Village and Bahia Mar.
www.flibs.com/attend/shuttle-golf-cart-info/Water taxis: $15 for a one-day pass, $65 for a five-day pass, free for children under 5, and complimentary with a Windward VIP ticket. They run from one hour before the show opens to one hour after it closes. Routes appear only on a map image.
www.flibs.com/attend/water-taxi-info/Brightline: boarding at Orlando, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Aventura or Miami, arriving at Brightline Fort Lauderdale Station, then a complimentary shuttle to the Riverside Hotel and a $15 water taxi to the show. The page lists no rail discount.

What the show’s pages leave out
- any rideshare, taxi or chauffeured-car drop-off point
- which show location is the seventh in 'all seven show locations'
- water taxi stops in text (they are on a map image)
- accessibility on the shuttles or water taxis
- a year beside the schedule
They also disagree with themselves once: the parking and shuttle text says the hub serves “all seven show locations” while the show overview names six. Third-party guides also quote a lower Convention Center parking price than the $40 the show’s own parking page states. When a figure differs, the show’s page is the one to trust, and the one to re-read the week you go.
Where the show's own transport wins
- The shuttles and golf carts are complimentary. For most visitors moving between the Convention Center and the marinas, they are the simplest and cheapest way to do it.
- The show's pages give no drop-off point for a chauffeured car, so we do not claim one; the desk confirms a sensible drop-off with you before the day.
- Brightline to Fort Lauderdale Station then the Red shuttle avoids driving and parking altogether, for anyone coming from Miami, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach or Orlando.
Where a booked car helps
Between the airport or your hotel and the show hub, with luggage or a party, or late in the evening after shuttle hours: one fixed fare shown first and a captain who knows the pickup. Ask the desk for the drop-off that suits the location you are going to, because the show does not publish one. Fares for the airport legs are on the transfer fares page, and the show is on our events calendar and the boat show page.
When you would rather it was settled before you land.
One captain and one fare agreed before the car moves, shown before you book.
