The captain you know
We send the captain you rode with whenever they're free, and tell you before pickup if we can't. They learn your routes, your timing, and how you like to ride.
The price is set before you get in
The fare is agreed before the car moves. On the year's busiest nights the higher rate is in the quote before you book, and members pay the same rate every night. The only later additions are ones you ask for or that the Terms describe: extra stops, waiting past the included time, extra miles, or a gratuity.

Talk or don't. What's said in the car, and who's in it, stays in the car, except where the law requires.

The House
Membership adds ride credit every month, priority on peak dates, and the captain you prefer whenever they're free.

Plus a $1,000 joining fee, waived for our first 25 founding members. Each month adds $500 of ride credit.

We send the captain you rode with whenever they're free, and tell you before pickup if we can't.
Priority on the big dates
Standing and House members get priority for a car on peak dates, such as Art Basel Miami Beach, the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix and New Year's Eve, with 48 hours' notice. If we can't provide one, we tell you as early as we know.
