6 of the estates, museums and gardens planners book most, each with what its own page says about the entrance, the drop-off, the lot and the rules for an evening event, and what the page does not say. For the day itself it is several cars on one booking, timed to the planner's sheet.

Miami
- Vizcaya Museum & Gardens
At Vizcaya, 3251 South Miami Avenue, the car enters the Entrance Drive on South Miami Avenue and drops you in the Piazza where Admissions is, which is where the museum's own directions page puts ride-share drop-off and pick-up; for an evening event the museum's 125-space lot is about 300 feet from the Main House (Vizcaya Museum & Gardens, n.d.).
- Deering Estate
At the Deering Estate, 16701 SW 72 Avenue in Palmetto Bay, the car turns in off SW 168th Street just east of Old Cutler Road to the free Visitor Center lot, about half a block on the right; the estate's page says evening events begin after it closes at 5 p.m. and guests leave by 11:30 p.m. (Deering Estate, n.d.).
- Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden
At Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, 10901 Old Cutler Road, the car drops you at the garden's entrance off Old Cutler Road; the garden's pages name the South Entrance Gate for members' early access, disabled parking at its lots with more in the Lowlands Parking Field during events, and say private events get venue space only (Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, n.d.).
Fort Lauderdale
- Bonnet House Museum & Gardens
At Bonnet House, the car uses the vehicular entrance at 900 North Birch Road just south of Sunrise Boulevard, where the museum's own directions page puts the free visitor parking lot at the end of the road; a pedestrian-only entrance is at 750 Breakers Avenue (Bonnet House Museum & Gardens, n.d.).
Palm Beach
- Flagler Museum
At the Flagler Museum, One Whitehall Way in Palm Beach, the car uses the entrances the museum names on Cocoanut Row and on Whitehall Way, with the accessible entrance on the south side of the property and free parking in the museum's lot during museum hours only (Flagler Museum, n.d.).
Boca Raton
- Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens
At the Morikami, 4000 Morikami Park Road in Delray Beach, the car follows the winding park road for a mile to the museum, where the museum's own page puts accessible parking near the main entrance; the Oki Education Center has its own lot, the first left before the museum on Morikami Place Road (Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens, n.d.).
