Every figure on this page is worked out by the same function that charges your card. It is not a price list kept beside the software and updated when somebody remembers — there is one set of rates, and this page reads it. If the fare changes, this page has already changed.

What the price already includes
The 20% service charge is in every figure above, along with tolls and meeting you at the kerb. The price is set when you book and does not change during the ride. What every ride includes, in full, is written on its own page.
What can move it
Two things, and both appear as their own line on the quote before you confirm: demand on a named event date, and a fuel adjustment when one is in force. Neither is applied at the door, and members hold their pricing through both.
An extra stop between pickup and dropoff adds $25.
During a declared state of emergency, no event or demand surcharge applies at all — Florida law, and the storm switch that enforces it.
