How do I arrange a car service for a wedding?

How we source facts

A wedding is a timetable, not a ride, so it is booked as one: a car, or several, held for the day. The couple, the wedding party and the guests move between the venue, the photographs and the reception without anybody parking, waiting at a kerb, or driving themselves home at the end of it.

Send the schedule to the concierge and the day is planned against it rather than assembled on the morning. Say how many people there are and who has to travel together, and the vehicles are chosen before the day: a Sprinter where a group should stay in one car, sedans where they should not, and room for the dresses and the bags nobody counted.

The fare is agreed before the car moves, and event-date rates are shown in the quote rather than added afterwards, so the transport line in the budget is a number instead of an estimate. The cars are discreet, with no roof signs and no advertising, which matters more in photographs than most people expect.

Guests flying in can be met at the airport on the same arrangement, with their flights tracked from the flight numbers, and the same chauffeur can hold the return where the schedule allows. We do this across Miami, Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Wellington, Naples, Key West, Orlando and Tampa.
