How do I arrange a car service for a night out?

How we source facts

Book one car and one chauffeur by the hour for the whole evening, rather than a ride to dinner and another one home. A night out moves: dinner in one neighbourhood, a drink in another, and a last stop nobody planned. Booked by the hour it is one booking, and nobody is waiting out a surge at closing.

The fare is agreed before the car moves and does not change during the night. On major event dates our rates are higher, and you see the full fare before you book. The 20% service charge is already in what you are quoted, so there is no screen to swipe at the end of the evening and nobody standing there while you decide.

Four hours suits most evenings. If it runs long, tell the chauffeur or the desk and it is extended where the schedule allows, which is a different thing from starting again at one in the morning. For a party larger than an SUV holds, the answer is a Sprinter rather than a stretch: the same discretion, more seats, and everyone can hear each other.

Where the night actually goes is the local part, and each city has its own pages for that. The evening itself is arranged the same way in Miami, Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Wellington, Naples, Key West, Orlando and Tampa.

A chauffeur booked ahead, a price agreed before the car moves, and a concierge desk that answers.

4 hours in a sedan start at $648, 20% service charge included, with 80 miles covered. The concierge confirms the fare before the car moves. Event-date rates, extra stops and miles beyond those included cost more.
