How private is a chauffeur service?

Cars are discreet, without roof signs or advertising. Chauffeurs are held to a written confidentiality standard, the desk records the date they signed it, and anyone unsigned is flagged on the roster. Your address is shared only with the desk, your chauffeur, and the service providers that run the booking (payments, messaging, maps and translation), as set out in our Privacy Policy. There is no passenger rating and no public trip history.

One thing worth saying plainly: if you have opted in to texts about events, you may get one message about a similar event; reply STOP to end them.
