What records does a car service keep for a claim?

Each ride has a record with the booking code, the rider's name, the pickup and drop-off, the vehicle, the captain, and the carrier named on the pass and receipt. Every status change is in a timeline with its time.

Incidents are filed in a record that cannot be rewritten once filed, and the record shows when the insurer was notified.

We send the trip record for a named ride on request. We do not state the cover a rider holds, and we do not decide a claim. Those questions belong to the policy and the insurer.
