Can a car service invoice my company?

Yes. Rides can be booked on a company account and billed monthly, with one statement that lists every ride and a CSV for accounts payable.

Each ride can carry an expense code or a cost center, and a ride without one can be refused before it is created. Company rules can also send a ride for approval by email, with a link that is valid for 48 hours.

A ride that is declined is cancelled with no fee. The account and its statements are set up before the first ride, with the codes and caps your finance team chooses.
