For the people who book travel for a principal. The ride is booked on your account, approved by whoever your company names, and the executive gets a link to follow it.
Transfers from $198, all-in. Longer trips are priced by distance, shown before you confirm.
Book for someone else
Enter the rider's name and mobile number, the pickup and drop-off, and the flight if there is one. The captain meets the rider by name.
Your codes, your approvers
If your company requires an expense code or a cost center, a ride without one is refused before it is created. If it needs sign-off, the approver gets an email with a link valid for 48 hours and nothing is confirmed until they say yes.
Flight changes
Where flight tracking is on for the ride, the desk sees the actual arrival rather than the schedule, so a delayed flight does not leave the executive waiting on the kerb.
A link you can forward
Each ride has a private tracking link to send to the rider, and a one-tap alert from the rider or the captain reaches our concierge desk.
One statement
Monthly statements list every ride with its expense code and cost center, and the same columns come as a CSV for your accounts team.
Who drives
Quo House LLC arranges the ride and assigns it to a partner carrier or roster captain only after checking their licence and insurance on file. When a carrier performs the ride, it is named on the guest's pass and receipt, and dispatch will not assign a captain or carrier whose documents have lapsed.
