For family offices
One account, several principals, nothing to reconstruct.
For the family office or the chief of staff who arranges cars for principals, their households and their guests across South Florida and beyond. The office books, approves and pays; each principal gets a captain and a link, and the record stays with the office.
Transfers from $198, all-in; by the hour from the fleet page's minimums. Longer trips are priced by distance, shown before you confirm.
Several principals, one statement
Each rider is booked by name with their own mobile number, and every ride lands on one monthly statement with the expense code and cost center your office uses, with the same columns as a CSV for the accountants.
Approvals and caps you set
If a ride needs sign-off, the approver named by the office gets an email with a link valid for 48 hours and nothing is confirmed until they say yes; a spend cap on the account stops a booking above it before it is created.
A security contact on every ride
A named captain, a private tracking link for the principal and the office, and a one-tap alert from the rider or the captain that reaches our concierge desk and, on a company account, the security contact the office names.
A week with the same captain
For a visit, a season or a house full of guests, a car and the same captain by the hour or by the week, booked once; the desk keeps the captain where the office prefers continuity.
Discretion, as the Terms describe it
What the desk records about a ride, who can see it and for how long is set out on the discretion page and in the Terms; nothing about a principal's day is published, and the pass and receipt name only what the office asked for.
Who drives
Quo House LLC arranges the ride and assigns it to a partner carrier or roster captain only after checking their licence and insurance on file. When a carrier performs the ride, it is named on the guest's pass and receipt, and dispatch will not assign a captain or carrier whose documents have lapsed.
The demand calendar, in your calendar
Every day we expect ground transport to be busy across the Florida markets Quo serves. Each day carries the venue, the gateway arrivals come through, and what the event-date surcharge does to the fare. Subscribe once and it keeps itself current — it is a feed, not a download.

Days are marked free, not busy, so this never blocks your own availability. Dates follow each event’s official organizer and may change.
A card to print
For a front desk or a terminal lounge. It opens the booking form with the trip already filled in.
