What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing you have to do. Give the flight number when you book and the arrival is tracked, so if it lands late the pickup moves with it. There is no cancelling and rebooking at one in the morning, and no charge for the time the aircraft spent in the air.

This is the difference people notice most between a chauffeur and an on-demand ride requested when you land. That ride is priced when you request it, from whoever is nearby. A car booked ahead is already arranged, and the driver knows the flight.

The same holds in reverse. Clear customs early and the car is planned to be at the terminal rather than fifteen minutes away.
