We don't ask why
The booking form has no field for a diagnosis or the reason for a visit, and the desk does not ask. Pickup is at the door.
The car waits
Book by the hour and the chauffeur stays when a one-hour consultation takes three. For a course of visits we send the chauffeur you rode with whenever they are free.
Access at the same price
Ask for an accessible vehicle, extra time at pickup or help with a folding wheelchair when you book. There is no extra charge for any of it, and an accessible vehicle is priced the same as the closest vehicle class. Where we cannot send the right vehicle ourselves, we tell you plainly and help you find one.
What it is not
This is a car service, not medical transport. Chauffeurs can help with the door and bags but cannot provide physical or medical assistance.
Who drives
Quo House LLC arranges the ride and a licensed partner carrier performs it. The carrier is named on the guest's pass and receipt, and dispatch will not assign a chauffeur or carrier whose documents have lapsed.
A card to print
For a front desk or a terminal lounge. It opens the booking form with the trip already filled in.
