How do I arrange a car service for an airport transfer?

Book it ahead with the flight number. Give that, the number of passengers and the number of bags, and the rest is arranged before the day rather than at the kerb. The fare is agreed before the car moves and does not change during the ride; on major event dates our rates are higher, and you see the full fare before you book.

The chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a sign where the airport's rules allow, and at the kerb where they do not, and you are told which when you book. Waiting is included for 60 minutes after the aircraft actually lands, and time lost to a late flight is not billed as waiting at all.

Leaving is the same booking in reverse. The pickup is set from your flight time rather than from your guess at it, and the car is scheduled to arrive before that time rather than at it. A car seat, an accessible vehicle or extra time at the door is arranged on request, and none of them costs extra.
