For venues and event organizers
A van block for the artists, speakers and VIPs.
For event organizers, venue operations and production teams who need a few vehicles on a fixed schedule. Tell us the arrival window, the party size and the bags, and we quote the block before anything is confirmed.
Sprinter blocks from $828, for the minimum hours. Longer blocks are quoted before you confirm.
Vehicles that match the party
A sprinter van seats 11 and holds the bags listed on its fleet page. An SUV seats 6. We will not put a party in a car that cannot seat it or carry its luggage.
Priced by the hour
A sprinter block starts at $828 for the minimum hours, and longer blocks are priced by the hour. The total is shown before you confirm.
One contact for the run
A named concierge contact for the whole schedule, and one confirmation per block. Changes to a pickup time go through the same contact.
Invoiced to the organizer
Blocks can go on an account with an expense code or a cost center per event, with a monthly statement the production office can reconcile.
Who drives
Quo House LLC arranges the ride and assigns it to a partner carrier or roster captain only after checking their licence and insurance on file. When a carrier performs the ride, it is named on the guest's pass and receipt, and dispatch will not assign a captain or carrier whose documents have lapsed.
The demand calendar, in your calendar
Every day we expect ground transport to be busy across the Florida markets Quo serves. Each day carries the venue, the gateway arrivals come through, and what the event-date surcharge does to the fare. Subscribe once and it keeps itself current — it is a feed, not a download.

Days are marked free, not busy, so this never blocks your own availability. Dates follow each event’s official organizer and may change.
