Which cruise terminal is my ship at Port Tampa Bay?
Port Tampa Bay's own pages list 3 cruise terminals with their addresses and assign no cruise line to any of them: your cruise documents name your terminal, and the table below gives each address, so the car is sent to the right door (Port Tampa Bay, n.d.).
One route serves every terminal: follow the blue route for passenger drop-off and valet, and the red route for parking. The Channelside parking garage at 810 Channelside Drive is across the street from Cruise Terminal 3; the port's valet is a $20 upgrade on its parking. (Port Tampa Bay, n.d.).
Not on the pages I read: which cruise line uses which terminal; a terminal-specific drop-off or pick-up point. A terminal assignment is the cruise line's to change, so the desk checks your documents against the port's page the day before the car is sent.
What the car does: give the desk the ship and the sailing time with the flight number, and the car is sent to the terminal's own address above, planned against your line's check-in cutoff rather than the drive. The fare is agreed before the car moves, the captain watches the flight, and the pickup after the cruise is at the same terminal.
