Several cars, one booking
Sedans for the couple and the parents, SUVs for the party, a Sprinter for the guests, each with its own pickup time and point on one booking, so one call moves the whole sheet when the ceremony runs late.
Where the venue says
Captains drop at the point the venue's own page names and wait where it allows; the venue pages on this site carry those points in the venue's words, and the desk confirms the door with you the week of the event.
No personal commissions
We do not pay planners personal commissions or gifts. The planner's account gets one statement per event, itemized by car and trip, and the couple gets the car.
The fare before the day
Every car is priced before it moves, event-date rates included where they apply, and the full fare is shown before you confirm; a change on the day is a message to the desk, not a renegotiation.
Who drives
Quo House LLC arranges the ride and assigns it to a partner carrier or roster captain only after checking their licence and insurance on file. When a carrier performs the ride, it is named on the guest's pass and receipt, and dispatch will not assign a captain or carrier whose documents have lapsed.
