No personal commissions
We do not pay concierges personal commissions or gifts. What we offer goes to the hotel or to the guest: a house account for the hotel, and a better ride for the guest.
A house account
Guest rides billed to the hotel on one monthly statement, itemized by rider and trip, with a CSV export. Put a room number or department in the expense code or cost center and it appears on every line.
Book the way the desk works
By phone, by email, or from the hotel's own system through our booking API with a key the hotel holds. Every ride is confirmed by a person on our concierge desk.
For the guest
A named chauffeur, a private tracking link to share, and a one-tap alert to our desk. A returning guest's ride preferences carry forward to the next booking, so nobody has to explain them twice.
Who drives
Quo House LLC arranges the ride and a licensed partner carrier performs it. The carrier is named on the guest's pass and receipt, and dispatch will not assign a chauffeur or carrier whose documents have lapsed.
A card to print
For a front desk or a terminal lounge. It opens the booking form with the trip already filled in.
