How do I arrange a car service for a yacht or marina day?

Book it by the hour, because the timing is the whole problem. A boat leaves when it is ready and comes back when it comes back, and the hours in between are exactly when a car is hardest to find at a marina.

Held for the day, the chauffeur has the party and the bags at the dock before the boat is ready and is there when it returns, rather than being summoned from wherever an app happens to find one.
