Where do Uber, Lyft and taxis pick up at Palm Beach International Airport?

Palm Beach International says ground transportation services are on level 1 at baggage claim, and that rideshare pickup, such as Uber and Lyft, is on the outer curb of level 3, the departures level (Palm Beach County Department of Airports, n.d.). Its ground-transportation page lists no taxi fares.

Rideshare pickup being on a different level from baggage claim is the detail that catches people out. A pre-arranged car avoids it: give the desk your flight number, the pickup is tracked from the aircraft, and the captain meets you inside the terminal.
