These Terms are an agreement between you and Quo House LLC ("QUO"), 5351 W Hillsboro Blvd, Suite 301, Coconut Creek, FL 33073. They govern your use of QUO's website and any chauffeured ground transportation arranged through it. By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
QUO arranges professional, pre-booked chauffeured ground transportation in Florida. Service is offered subject to availability, geography, licensing, and operating conditions, and may be modified or declined at our discretion.
Who performs your ride. Quo House LLC arranges your ride as a booking agent, and not as the company that drives it. It is registering as a Florida seller of travel, and once the registration is issued its number is shown at the foot of every page. Your trip is performed by an independent licensed and insured for-hire carrier we select.
The carrier performing your ride is named on your pass before pickup, and on your receipt. Before a carrier can be assigned any ride, we verify its for-hire licence and permits, and its commercial auto and general liability insurance with Quo House LLC named as additional insured.
The cancellation terms in section 3, including any part of a payment that is not refundable, are shown on the booking form before you are charged anything.
2. Bookings, quotes, and pricing
A request submitted through the site becomes a confirmed booking when we accept it, and until then it is an inquiry. Instant confirmation: A booking made on our website at least 12 hours before pickup is confirmed the moment you make it when at least 2 licensed carriers we have cleared can perform it. Bookings that need an accessible vehicle, a car seat or a private terminal pickup, and some others we check first, are confirmed by a person at the concierge desk instead.
Price lock. The total shown on our booking form when you book is the price of that trip, and it is the price recorded with your booking. Price locked at booking. It changes only if you add stops, hours or waiting beyond what's included, or the car needs cleaning after your ride. Waiting is billed only as described below. A gratuity is only what you choose to add, and ride credit or a membership can only lower the price.
Quotes include a 20% service charge. It is a charge for the service, not a tip, and it is not paid to your chauffeur in full. A gratuity is only what you choose to add, and it is passed on in full to the chauffeur who drove you, or to the carrier that employs them.
Waiting. Each booking includes 15 minutes of waiting after the booked pickup time, or 60 minutes after the flight actually lands for an airport or private terminal pickup. Airport pickups are tracked against the flight, and waiting caused by a flight delay is not billed. Waiting beyond what a booking includes is billed only if the concierge has told you the rate first.
3. Cancellations and no-shows
When you request a ride through the site, you agree to these Terms, and the version you agreed to is recorded with the booking. You may cancel without a fee up to the time shown below for your type of booking. Cancelling later carries the fee shown.
| Booking | Free cancellation | Late cancellation fee |
|---|---|---|
| Point-to-point transfer, sedan or SUV | 2 hours or more before pickup | 100% of the quoted fare, excluding any gratuity |
| By-the-hour booking, sedan or SUV | 24 hours or more before pickup | 100% of the quoted fare |
| Sprinter, or any group booking (7 or more passengers) | 72 hours or more before pickup | 50% of the quoted fare from 72 hours to 24 hours before pickup; 100% under 24 hours |
| Any booking tied to a peak-demand event | 7 days or more before pickup | 100% of the quoted fare inside 7 days |
A group booking is one for 7 or more passengers. A booking is tied to a peak-demand event when it is made for an event we identify as peak demand. When more than one row applies, the longer free cancellation period applies.
No-shows. If you are not at the pickup 30 minutes after the booked time, or 60 minutes after your flight actually lands for an airport pickup where you gave us the flight number, and your chauffeur has tried to reach you by call and text, the booking is a no-show. The no-show fee is 100% of the quoted fare.
There is never a cancellation or no-show fee when:
- the severe weather terms below cover your trip;
- your airline cancels or diverts your flight, and you gave us the flight number; or
- we cancel the trip ourselves.
A cancellation or no-show fee is never more than the quoted price of the trip. The quoted price does not include any gratuity.
This schedule applies to bookings made on or after September 15, 2026; earlier bookings keep the terms they were made under.
If you cancel inside the free-cancellation window, any deposit or payment for that trip is refunded automatically. After the window closes, what you paid counts toward the late-cancellation fee, and anything above the fee is refunded. An event counts as peak demand when its page on our calendar says “Book as early as you can”.
During a state of emergency declared for our service area, we add no event-date or demand surcharge and no fuel adjustment to any fare. (Fla. Stat. § 501.160, 2025)
We never charge extra for accessibility: there is no fee for a service animal, for help with a folding wheelchair, or for an accessible vehicle, which is priced the same as the closest vehicle class. (Transportation Services for Individuals with Disabilities, 2026)
Severe weather. If, at the time of your trip, your pickup or destination is covered by a hurricane or tropical storm warning issued by the National Weather Service or the National Hurricane Center (National Weather Service, n.d.), or by an evacuation order issued by a Florida state or county authority, you may cancel without a cancellation fee, and any deposit paid for that trip will be refunded. We may cancel or reschedule a trip ourselves when conditions are unsafe, and you will not be charged for a trip we cancel.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for deposits, fares, added gratuity, and any applicable charges described above. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment details you supply.
If you link a card and set a spending cap for an AI assistant or a partner account, you authorise charges within that cap.
Reserve now, pay later. For a pickup at least 7 days away, on a booking whose free cancellation ends at least a day before pickup (bookings by the hour, group and Sprinter bookings, and peak-event dates), you can reserve with a saved card instead of paying the deposit when you book. Nothing is charged until free cancellation for your booking ends; the deposit is then charged to that card, and never after pickup. If your pickup time changes, the charge moves with it. If the charge does not go through, we send you a link to pay it. When you save a card this way, you authorise us to charge that deposit to it at that time.
5. Gift cards
Gift cards are issued as ride credit toward our services, do not expire, and carry no fees (Fla. Stat. § 501.95, 2026). They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, are non-refundable, and may not be resold. Protect your code; we are not responsible for lost or shared codes.
6. Membership
Paid membership is a subscription that renews automatically each month at the stated price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless required by law. Membership benefits are described on the membership page and may change on reasonable notice.
7. Referral and ride credit
Referral credit. When someone books their first Quo ride using your referral link or code, they receive the welcome credit shown on the referral page at that time, applied to that first fare. You receive the referrer credit shown on the referral page at that time, applied to your account after your referred friend's first ride is completed. Only riders new to Quo qualify; you cannot refer yourself, and each rider can be referred once. Amounts may change for future referrals; credit already granted is not affected. Ride credit does not expire, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and applies only to eligible Quo bookings.
8. Chauffeur applications
Submitting an application does not create an offer of employment or engagement, and imposes no obligation on either party. QUO is an equal-opportunity employer and considers applicants on merit. Any background or driving-record check is conducted separately and only with your written consent.
9. Event and venue information
Event listings, dates, venues, and links are compiled from public and third-party sources and may change or be inaccurate; always confirm details with the official organizer before relying on them. Event, venue, team, and place names are used only to identify locations and occasions for which transportation may be arranged. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those parties, and all such names and marks belong to their respective owners.
10. Content you provide
If you submit any content or media (for example, an image URL or a message), you represent that you have the rights to do so and that it does not infringe any third-party right or law.
11. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that a car will be available for any particular request, or that a trip will arrive or complete by a specific time. Travel times are affected by traffic, weather, events, and other conditions outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
Luggage, missed flights and other losses. Our liability for lost or damaged property, a missed flight or connection, or other financial loss connected with a trip is limited to the price of that trip. This limit does not apply to death or personal injury, to gross negligence, wilful misconduct or fraud, or where the law does not allow a limit.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, that part applies to the fullest extent the law allows and the rest of these Terms stays in effect.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold QUO harmless from claims and expenses arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Messaging terms are described in our SMS Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to bookings made after the date above; the version you agreed to governs your booking. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
