Two busy things on one day is not twice as busy — the roads, the kerbs and the available cars are shared, so a day that stacks reads heavier than either event alone. That is the part a list of events will not tell you, and it is the reason this page exists.
A storm warning is not the top of this scale. It is a different question — whether to travel at all — so it is marked on its own. QUO waives the cancellation fee on any ride a hurricane or tropical storm warning covers, and refunds the deposit.
