A cost center per property
Enter the property as the cost center on each ride, and the statement groups the month's rides by property for the owner reports.
Approvals you set
Choose which rides need sign-off, by amount or on every ride. Approvers get an email link that is valid for 48 hours.
One contact for the portfolio
A named concierge contact for the account, and the same booking channels for every property: phone, email, or our booking API for your own system.
What the owner sees
Statements and the CSV export carry the expense code and cost center on every line, so the owner statement can be produced from the same record.
Who drives
Quo House LLC arranges the ride and assigns it to a partner carrier or roster captain only after checking their licence and insurance on file. When a carrier performs the ride, it is named on the guest's pass and receipt, and dispatch will not assign a captain or carrier whose documents have lapsed.
