For assistance companies and insurers who arrange or check ground transport for their members. We keep a record of each ride and give you the parts your file needs. We do not decide cover, and we do not pay claims.
Transfers from $198, all-in. Longer trips are priced by distance, shown before you confirm.
What a ride record holds
The booking code, the rider's name, pickup and drop-off, the vehicle, the captain, the carrier named on the pass and receipt, and a timeline of every status change with its time.
Entries are added, not rewritten
Incidents are filed in a record that the desk cannot edit once filed. The record shows when the insurer was notified.
What we send on request
The booking and trip record for a named ride, and a statement of who arranged it and when. Send the request by email with the booking code and the reference on your file.
What we do not do
We do not state the cover your member holds, approve or deny a claim, or act as your adjuster. Coverage questions go to the policy and the insurer.
Who to ask
Send assistance requests to the concierge email on the account. Incident reports go to the named security contact.
Who drives
Quo House LLC arranges the ride and assigns it to a partner carrier or roster captain only after checking their licence and insurance on file. When a carrier performs the ride, it is named on the guest's pass and receipt, and dispatch will not assign a captain or carrier whose documents have lapsed.
