Private aviation · EYW
A car at the private terminal, EYW.
For passengers arriving or leaving on private aircraft at Key West International Airport, and the flight departments and management companies that arrange their ground transport.
Transfers from $198, all-in, in an executive sedan. Longer trips are priced by distance, shown before you confirm.
Ground handling is the FBO's job; the car is ours
At a private airport the terminal operator, the FBO, handles the aircraft: fuel, parking, ramp and crew services. Quo handles the ground transport from the FBO's door. Tell us which FBO and the tail number when you book, and the captain is sent to the right door; your FBO can tell you which terminal the aircraft uses.
The right door
The booking form has its own fields for the aircraft's tail number and the private terminal (FBO), so the captain is sent to the terminal the aircraft uses, not an airline kerb.
Waiting after landing
Waiting time after the aircraft lands is included, as set out in our service standard.
While it is moving
A named captain, a private tracking link the passenger can share, and a one-tap alert that reaches the concierge desk and, on a company account, the company's security contact.
One account for a flight department
Rides billed to one monthly statement with an expense code and cost center on every line, an approver for the expensive ones, and a spend cap.
Who drives
Quo House LLC arranges the ride and assigns it to a partner carrier or roster captain only after checking their licence and insurance on file. When a carrier performs the ride, it is named on the guest's pass and receipt, and dispatch will not assign a captain or carrier whose documents have lapsed.
What the airport’s own page says
Monroe County, Key West International Airport. Read on November 2, 2026.
- The airport's general-aviation page, read in a browser because the site refuses automated fetches, names Signature Flight Support as the FBO, with a phone number, a UNICOM frequency and hours of 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern, with call-out available on request.
- The same page lists charter and sightseeing operators by phone number and links the airport's noise-abatement procedures and an over-sized aircraft waiver.
Not on the page: the FBO's street address or a separate entrance for private aircraft; Customs arrangements for private aircraft; a second FBO.
Quo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a vendor of Key West International Airport, its operator, or any private terminal (FBO) there. The airport's name is used only to say where we pick up.
The demand calendar, in your calendar
Every day we expect ground transport to be busy across the Florida markets Quo serves. Each day carries the venue, the gateway arrivals come through, and what the event-date surcharge does to the fare. Subscribe once and it keeps itself current — it is a feed, not a download.

Days are marked free, not busy, so this never blocks your own availability. Dates follow each event’s official organizer and may change.
